Privacy Protection
Your privacy is our top priority. All information collected during your shopping experience will be used solely for processing your order. We will never share or sell your data to any third parties.

Secure Transactions
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, including PayPal and major credit cards. We do not store or have access to your complete financial information at any time.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order 7 days after purchase, with refunds processed according to our refund policy. For cancellations after shipment:

1. You may first receive the package and then return it to us

2. We will deduct the original international shipping costs and any import taxes incurred

3. The remaining item cost will be refunded to you

4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Customs & Import Regulations
Please note:

• Packages may be subject to customs inspection and import taxes. For the packs which we can do prepay tariffs, we process this when send out the pack, so you don't need to do anything. 

• If there's no prepay tariffs charged when you checkout, customers are responsible for all customs clearance procedures and fees.

• We will provide necessary invoices and documentation to assist with clearance.

• We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before ordering, for countries that we don't support prepay tariffs.
