Cancel/Exchange

Before Shipping

If you request to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

We accept payments via credit card, eCheck, or PayPal, but all transactions are processed through PayPal. Please note that PayPal charges us a 6% fee, which is non-refundable. Therefore, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

After 7 days, since work on your order has already started, a cancellation fee of 20–50% of the total order cost may apply.

Order Modifications

If you need to change details of your order (such as item, color, style, fabric, or size), please notify us asap, and we will do our best to accommodate your request free of charge.

However, if your change requires additional costs (e.g., a more expensive item instead), we will inform you of the extra fee and wait for your approval before proceeding.

Once Preorder phase ends, no further changes can be made. To avoid issues, please double-check your order details at checkout.


Exchanges & Returns After Shipping

  1. Due to the nature of the products, our low profit, and expensive international shipment fee(for your return), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect

  2. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the mistake was caused by the seller. Please keep in mind that online shopping involves slight variations—bodies differ, and the final garment may look slightly different from stock images.

  3. Minor differences in size (a few centimeters) and color (due to photography lighting and monitor settings) may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for these reasons.
