Here's a list of FAQ about shipment by us. 

1)Where do you ship to? 

We ship worldwide in general. There are a small amount of places where shippers don't support, but most countries are covered by our shipment system. If you don't see your country listed during checkout, feel free to contact us. 

2)Where do we ship from?

All idol inspo outfits and accessories are shipped from our warehouse in Chengdu, China. 

Some of the albums and marches are also shipped out of China, and some may be shipped from Korea. 

3)Is there a tracking number?

Yes. Every pack has a tracking number. Please notice the processing time for items. Some are POB/PB (shorten for Preorder Benefits) which need longer processing time. Some outfits also need processing time mostly varies from 1-2 weeks. After items are ready, we have them carefully checked, packed and hand them over to shippers. After this, the tracking number will be returned in 2-4 days more. 

4)Where do I see my tracking number? 

We will update the tracking number to your order details. There's also a system email sent to you. 

5)Could I ship my pack to PO address? 

Only post office shipment supports PO address, such as EMS. The shipment rate is generally higher than normal airmail, while shipment time is the same.
